Our clinicians tailor each procedure to your individual goals, ensuring natural, balanced results. From consultation to aftercare, your safety, comfort, and ongoing support are our top priorities at every step of your journey.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment
At Purple Medical Clinic, we use Botox, a trusted brand of botulinum toxin manufactured by Allergan.
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine that temporarily relaxes targeted facial muscles. By reducing muscle movement, it softens existing lines and helps prevent deeper wrinkles from forming, creating a smoother, more refreshed appearance.
Common Treatment Areas
-
Forehead lines
-
Frown lines (between the eyebrows)
-
Crow’s feet (around the eyes)
-
Brow lift
-
Downturned mouth corners
-
Chin dimpling
-
Bunny lines (nose)
-
Gummy smile
-
Neck bands (platysmal bands)
Results typically last 3–6 months, depending on individual factors such as age, lifestyle, and metabolism.
A thorough understanding of facial anatomy is essential for safe, natural-looking results. As botulinum toxin is a prescription-only treatment, a medical consultation is required to assess suitability and prescribe treatment in accordance with UK law.
Medical Uses
Botulinum toxin is also used to treat:
-
Chronic migraine
-
Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)

Dermal Fillers (Juvéderm®)
At Purple Medical Clinic, we use Juvéderm by Allergan, a UK-licensed hyaluronic acid dermal filler that meets strict safety standards.
Dermal fillers restore lost volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours. Different formulations allow treatment at various skin depths to achieve natural, balanced results.
Common Treatment Areas
-
Cheeks
-
Jawline
-
Temples
-
Lips (volume and hydration)
-
Perioral lines
All treatments are tailored following a medical consultation to determine the most appropriate product and quantity.
A thorough understanding of facial anatomy is essential for safe treatment. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and Juvéderm contains lidocaine for comfort.
Mild swelling and bruising can occur. Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medication 24 hrs before treatment to help minimise this.

Profhilo® Skin Booster Treatment
Profhilo is an injectable skin remodelling treatment containing one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA) available. It is designed for skin that has lost firmness, elasticity, and hydration.
Profhilo stimulates and hydrates the skin from within, improving texture and mild skin laxity. It does not add volume or alter facial structure.
Common Treatment Areas
-
Face
-
Neck
-
Décolletage
-
Hands
The treatment is delivered via a series of precisely placed injections. An initial course of 2 treatments (4 weeks apart) is recommended, with occasional cases requiring a third session. Maintenance treatments are typically advised every 3 months or longer, depending on individual needs.
Profhilo can be performed as a stand-alone treatment or combined with other non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and medical-grade skincare for enhanced results.

Platelet Rich Plasma Skin Rejuvenation
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure that uses the patient's own blood platelets to boost collagen production, reduce wrinkles, and improve skin tone. PRP contains platelets, plasma, growth factors, and proteins that help stimulate the repair of damaged tissue, reduce inflammation, aid healing, and promote skin rejuvenation. It involves injecting the concentrated platelets, using microneedling, or applying them topically.
How it Works
A small amount of blood is taken from your arm and spun in a centrifuge to isolate platelets (growth factors), which are then injected into the skin or applied with microneedling.
Benefits
Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and under-eye dark circles, and improves skin texture/elasticity. Platelets can be injected into almost any area to help rejuvenate the face, neck, decolletage, hands, knees, and elbows. It can also be injected into the scalp to help stimulate hair growth, particularly useful for thinning hair due to menopause or weight loss.
Procedure Details
The treatment can take up to an hour. The blood will be drawn from the elbow crease, and the treatment area will be numbed with a topical numbing agent to help keep discomfort to a minimum.
Results & Recovery
Results appear gradually as collagen develops. The optimal outcome is achieved with an initial series of 3 sessions. Minimal downtime is required. Mild swelling or bruising may occur after each treatment, especially if injected in the eye area.
Duration
Results can last for 6–12 months, sometimes up to 18 months. This depends on the patient. Repeat treatments can be performed to continue the rejuvenation.
Price from £250 per treatment or pay £600 for 3 treatments.
